As we deepen interoception (inner body awareness), regulate the nervous system and process challenging experiences, you’ll begin to shift long-held patterns and rediscover a more easeful, aligned way of being and leading.

Somatic embodiment coaching is a therapeutic, body-based inquiry and experience that bridges awareness, breath, movement and sound. Together we work with the nervous system and the felt sense to support emotional regulation, resilience and hone intuition. It’s about healing at the pace of your body and leading from the inside out.

Sessions are 90 minutes and held online, so you can drop in from the comfort and privacy of your own space.
